The deadline to submit your score for Open Workout 17.1 has been extended to Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 5 p.m. PT. Affiliate validation will be extended until Thursday, March 2, at 5 p.m.

We are aware of the issues you may be experiencing on Games.CrossFit.com, and are working on fixing the problem as quickly as possible. The intent of the extension is to be sure athletes and affiliates have adequate time to submit and validate scores.

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:

Strict Shoulder Press x 1 rep

Loads per set (by %): 55, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95,

Then rest two minutes before starting…

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets) of:

Strict Shoulder Press x 1 rep

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 2 minutes of:

6 Push Presses (135/95 lbs)

12 Ring Dips

– Rest 2 minutes, and repeat for a total of 4 sets – 16 minutes total time, 8 minutes of

work.

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:

Minute 1 – 8-10 Supine Ring Rows @ 2111

Minute 2 – 45 Second Prone Plank Hold

Fitness-

A. Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:

Strict Shoulder Press x 2 rep (same # all 8 sets – LIGHT!)

Then rest two minutes before starting…

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets) of:

Strict Shoulder Press x 1 rep (slightly heavier than A1)

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 2 minutes of:

6 DB Push Presses

12 DB Push-ups

– Rest 2 minutes, and repeat for a total of 4 sets – 16 minutes total time, 8 minutes of

work.

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:

Minute 1 – 8-10 Supine Ring Rows @ 2111

Minute 2 – 45 Second Prone Plank Hold

Competition-

A. Three rounds for time of:

8 Kipping Handstand Push-Up to 4/2Deficit

10 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps (50/35 lbs)

12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

B. Six sets of:

Hang Snatch + Snatch

Rest as needed

Build over the course of the six sets.

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. 3min AMRAP x5 Sets:

10 L-Seated DB Presses

10 DB Push-ups

10 Farmers Carry DB Luges (both hands loaded)

– Rest 3min between each set… pick up where you left off

– Score = TOTAL AMRAP
