2 part Partner Workout: one partner holds FLR until the other partner completes burpee broad jumps.Then switch.
Complete 3 rounds for time:
FLR (Front lean rest)
Broad jump Burpees – 25m

Rest 3 minutes; do part 2.

One partner holds heavy KB rack position while other partner completes 25 box jumps. Then switch.

Complete 3 rounds.
