Please bring some extra stopwatches for tomorrow. Don’t worry, we have a effective way to scale this WOD so everyone gets what they need per ability level.

    20 Pull-ups
    30 Push-ups
    40 Sit-ups
    50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time after five rounds.
