What Is The Strength Program?

It’s the thing that’s going to take your strength and training knowledge to the next level!  This 9-week specialized training program is for people who want to build confidence and better lifting technique, develop strength you want to tell your friends about, and see muscle definition earned the right way! This Program is the fastest and most effective strength program you’ll ever see.

The Strength Program will teach you how to be a stronger, leaner, and more confident athlete!

Are you no longer improving your times on CF’s classic benchmark workouts?

The dilemma:

At this point, people usually fear that if they stop doing so many CF met con workouts and instead; focus on more on STRENGTH, they will lose fitness and conditioning.

The reality:

*Raw strength is what’s preventing you from new PR’s in the snatch and the clean & jerk.  Increased strength will Improve your times on the benchmark workouts and overall performance in CrossFit.

*You need a coach to pair your strength training with your CrossFit classes and conditioning.

A structured dedicated strength program for 9 weeks.

Yes, you will still do 3-4 Standard CF classes per week.  While Emphasizing and focusing on strength training 2x-3x per week.
