A. Four sets of:

Against a 4 minute running clock, complete:

25 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)

Run 400 Meters

Double-Unders x Max Reps

Rest 4 minutes between sets

B. Three sets of:

Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8-10 reps each @ 2111

Rest 60 seconds

Side Plank x 45-60 seconds each side

Rest 60 seconds



Every 2 minutes for 10 Minutes:
10 Burpee Box Jumps
Max DUs in remaining time (rest last :30)

Rest 2 minutes…then…

3 Rounds for Time:
10 Calorie Row
15 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (55/35)
20 Toes to Bar
MyZone: Red

Rest 3 minutes…then…

For Time:
400m Run with Slam Ball (30/20)
30 Russian Twists (30/20)
20 Jumping Ball Slams (30/20)
MyZone: Red
