May Challenge Winners 

We meditated (some for the first time EVER), dropped alcohol, stretched their faces off, worked out consistently, cleaned up their diets dramatically and got overall super disciplined in their healthy ways!

Our goal with the May Challenge was to introduce healthy habits to you and show you how EASY i t is to clean things up – and see VERY quick progress. Most of you were able to see these benefits!!

We celebrated the close of the May Challenge and the Open of Summer with a pool party last Saturday!!!!

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Every 90 seconds, for 24 minutes (8 sets) of:
Station 1 – 3 Power Cleans
(building to as heavy as you can handle for 3 reps; drop the barbell and reset for each rep)
Station 2 – 6 Tall Box Jumps
(jump as high as you can and land on the box as tall as possible, keeping the focus on the concentric portion of the jump; step down – do not jump down)

 

B. For time:
750 Meter Row
25 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

Station 1 – 5 Hang Power Cleans
Station 2 – 6 Box Jumps (find a height you can just onto!)

 

B. For time:
500 Meter Row
