SUNDAY BOOTCAMPS – BACK OUTSIDE ! 

WHAT: SUNDAY BOOTCAMP CLASS SUMMER SCHEDULE 

WHEN: 8AM (back 30 minutes from our usual start time) 

WHERE: CENTRAL PARK SOCCER FIELDS (right in the center!) 

WHY: LETS GET OUTSIDE THE BOX AND HAVE SOME PARK FUN! 

We have officially made the switch and moved our Sunday bootcamp class to the park ! 

Many of our know and LOVE this time of year. For those of you who are new to CFS this year – get excited. 

EVERY Sunday (this summer) from 8AM-9AM (we are bumping class back 30 minutes in an attempt to beat the summer heat!) we will be meeting for Sunday Bootcamp on the soccer fields at Central Park!!! There will be NO class held at the gym on these days. 

Bring your friends/family/etc.. these summer Sunday classes are completely FREE! 


Prepare to hit the hills & stairs, as well as train in a very ‘tough mudder’ kind of way while on the fields. We will have equipment at the fields ready for you to play with each and every Sunday. 

THIS Sunday’s class will still be at 8:30 in the gym!!! 

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
500 Meter Row
50 Double-Unders
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Rest 5 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 20:00…

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
20/15 Calories of Assault Bike
40 Push-Ups
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

Fitness-

A. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
500 Meter Row
:45 DU Practice/Attempts (100 Singles/50 Mtn. Climbers)
10 L-Seated Strict Presses

Rest 5 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 20:00…

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Calories of Assault Bike
20 Push-Ups (sub = Robs banded option on rig!)
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
