Bumper’s Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays is a Guided Lifting Class that is Replacing the 6pm CrossFit Class.

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance/Fitness-

A. Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 sets):

Bench/Floor Press x 6-8 reps @ 20X1

B. Three sets for max reps:

90 seconds of the following…

6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs + Max Reps of STRICT Handstand Push-Ups (sub = strict

DB presses)

Rest 30 seconds

90 seconds of the following…

6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs + Max Reps of Strict Pull-Ups (Sub = ring rows)

– Rest 30 seconds

90 seconds of the following…

6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs + Max Reps of Toes to Bar (Sub = v-ups)

Rest 30 seconds

2min – 10 Burpees Box Jumps + AMRAP Push-ups

2min – 10 Burpee Box Jumps + AMRAP Pull-ups

Rest :60

2min – 10 Burpee Box Jumps + AMRAP Med-Ball Sit-ups

Rest :60

2min – 10 Burpee Box Jumps + AMRAP High Plank (if you break you lose 5 points..

every time you break = -5 more reps!)

Rest 5 minutes…

REPEAT!!!
