  • 400 Meter Run OR 350 Meter Row OR .5 on Air Dyne
  • 21 KB Swings 55#/35#
  • 12 Pull ups (C2B)  (sub 15-20 Air Squats if you can’t do at least 8 pull ups)

Rest 4:00 b/t
