Kids Superhuman Camp

$200/kid 
July 10-14 
9AM-2PM (AT CFS!) 
Ages: Elementary (6ish) – High School (17ish) 

2017 – Athlete Camp (superhuman)

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Four sets of:
Shoulder Press x 3-5 reps @ 21X1
Rest 2-3 minutes – working on lower body mobility during rest periods

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
6 Handstand Push-Ups
9 Ring Dips
12 Toes to Bar

C. May Challenge – Core Cash out!!

Fitness-

A. Four sets of:
Shoulder Press x5 reps @ 21X1 (all sets around 50%)
Rest 2-3 minutes – working on lower body mobility during rest periods

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
6 Pike off the box HSPUs
9 Box Dips
12 V-ups

C. May Challenge – Core Cash out!!

Rope Climbs Max climbs in 1 minute x 6 Work up progression from box
