We are hosting an-in house competition this Saturday, November 15 and we are kicking off at 7:45am.

Come join us on Saturday and help cheer on your fellow athletes!

Timeline for the day:

7:45 – Announcements/WOD standards

8:15 – Women’s first heat, WOD #1

8:50 – Men’s first heat, WOD #1

10:30 – Women’s first heat, WOD #2

11:25 – Men’s first heat, WOD #2

1:40 – Women’s finale WOD starts (top 5 women)

2:00 – Men’s finale WOD (top 5 men)

2:45 – Awards

7 Minutes in Heaven

7 Minute AMRAP:
7 Wall Balls (20/14#) 10’/9’ Target
7 Burpees to target (hands much touch pull-up bar each time)
7 Toes to Bar (sub= 14 ab mat situps *unanchored)
7 Ball Slams (30#/20#)

Score= Rounds + Reps

 

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

A. 15 minutes to build to a heavy single in complex:

– 1x P. Sn + 1 Snatch Balance + 3 OHS

2 sets – Each for time (each JUST under all out effort):

15-12-9

Power snatches – 40% FAST
50m Shuttle sprint after each set
*Rest 6 minutes between sets

 

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS: 

WOD: AMRAP 24
200 M run
20 Abmat sit ups
15 Wall balls (20/14)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 HSPUs (sub :30 handstand holds, box HSPUs or just regular pushups)
