Thanksgiving Schedule Changes

We will have a modified schedule at the gym between November 27-29 due to the Thanksgiving holiday…

Below is the schedule we will follow:

November 27 (Wednesday) 6am, 7am, 9:30am and Noon

November 28 (Thanksgiving) 9:30am 

November 29th (Friday) 7am and 9:30am 




A. Back squat build to a tough 5rm 


B. BB on back forward lunge 4-5/leg alt legs per rep; rest as needed x 3 


3 sets 

15 chin ups

15 wall balls

15 KBS 2/1.5pd

150m Run

rest 2 minutes after each set
