Performance-

A. Take 15-20 minutes to build to a 1-RM Clean & Jerk

B. Five rounds for time of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
10 Toes to Bar
20 Double-Unders

5 DB Push Presses
10 Weighted sit-ups (or knee raises)
