THE MYZONE 2105 GLOBAL CHALLENGE HAS BEGUN!

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?

  • A MEPS challenge throughout the entire month of November
  • $10,000 cash prizes awarded in total via prize draw
    • USD $2,000 awarded to the 1st ticket that is drawn
    • USD $1,000 awarded to 2nd ticket that is drawn
    • USD $500 for the next 14 tickets that are drawn
  • 1 ticket is awarded to MYZONE users for earning 1300 MEPS
  • 1 additional ticket is awarded for every additional 100 MEPS above 1300
  • Tickets to prize draw will be capped at 5000 MEPS

WHO IS INVITED?

All MYZONE users as of Nov 1, 2015 will be automatically entered into the Challenge – they can omit themselves from the Prize Draw by replying to the formal invitation that will be sent to them via email on Nov 1.

WHEN IS THE CHALLENGE?

November 1 through November 30.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

Just Earn MEPS in November – there is nothing else to do. If you would like to opt out simply reply to the formal invitation that you will be sent on Nov 1.

HOW WILL USERS KNOW THE RESULTS?

MYZONE will communicate with all users throughout November via email, social media channels and website. On Friday the 4th of December MYZONE will announce winners via email to all users, social media channels and the home page of myzone.org website.

WHY?

All MYZONE users love a challenge and cash prizes may be the incentive you’ve been needing to break through your current MEP threshold!

Challenge Terms and Conditions

Don’t let your effort go unrewarded.

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

Performance-

A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):

Shoulder Press x 3-5 reps @ 20X1

Rest 2-3 minutes

If you achieve 5 successful reps, increase the load in the next set.

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

6 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

9 Ring Dips

12 Toes to Bar

A. Four sets of:

Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 8-10 reps @ 2010

Rest 45 seconds

Russian Step-Ups with Dumbbells x 8-10 reps each leg @ 20X0

Rest 45 seconds

Toes to Bar x 7-10 reps

Rest 45 seconds

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

12 Burpee Box Jump Overs

100 Meter Run

Overhead squat, 5×5 reps

Deadlift, 3×10 reps @ 70% of 1RM deadlift

*Do all 8 rounds of each movement, rest 1 minute between tabatas.
Tabata front squat, 45#(33#)

Tabata good morning, 45#(33#)

Tabata ballistic box jump, 45#(33#)
*Jump to 12″ box w/ bar on back. Step down from box.

Accumulate 1 min in handstand hold
