‘Kids School Lunches & Packable Snacks’:
Learn about how to easily pack NUTRIENT dense and HEALTHY lunches and snacks for your kids.
Tay will provide you all with information on what your kids need nutritionally and offer you insight on how to successfully pack delicious meals that your kids will actually enjoy eating.
Snacks and samples will be provided to all those who attend!

Min 1-5: Hi-hang squat snatch x1
Min 6-10: Hang squat snatch x1
Min 11-15: Squat snatch x1
3 sets – each for time (90-95%)
Deadlifts – 60% 1RM
Rest 4-8 minutes between sets
BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
25 minute AMRAP
- 10 Walking Lunges
- 15 KB Deadlifts
- 20 pull ups.. or ring row
- 20 DB Push Press
- 25 Step Ups
