This Saturday, October 19 Wade Stoddard will be hosting a Muscle Up Clinic from 10:00am to 12:00pm with an additional 30 minute free gym time to refine your new skills and ask any questions you may have.

COMPETITOR’S CLASS UPDATE & OPEN GYM
Comp class will resume again on December 3rd. The competitor’s class will be open to everyone who’s goal is to compete in local CrossFit events and the 2014 CF Open.
Until then, every Tuesday night will be Open Gym from 7pm-8pm.
