BOOTCAMP IS BACK INSIDE ON SUNDAYS 

Happy FALL! Sunday Bootcamp is BACK inside at 8AM.

CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

Performance- 

A. Every three minutes, for 24 minutes (8 sets):
Hang Snatch + Snatch

 

B. In teams of two, partners alternate complete rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
12 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
12 Bar-Facing Burpees

Fitness-

A. Every three minutes, for 24 minutes (8 sets):
3x Hang Power Snatch + 2 OHS

 

B. In teams of two, partners alternate complete rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
12 DB Thrusters
12 Burpees

A. Four Sets: 

6/side Single Arm Banded KB Press

10/side Parallette Supported Dumbbell Row

 

B. Three Sets: 

Muscle Up Ring Row (Row to the catch of muscle up)

30 sec Wall Facing Handstand Hold 

8 Stone to Shoulder 

 

C. For Time – 40-30-20-10:

Cal Assault Bike 

Box Jump 

*15 Push Ups after each round
