Are you ready for the Stapleton Cup?

We are hosting an in-house competition on Saturday, November 15 starting at 8am.

RX and Scaled Divisions

There will be 2 WODs, a floater WOD and an additional finale WOD for the top Men and Women.  Don’t worry about RXing, we will have a scaled division and will scale WODs accordingly.  Everyone can compete!

We only have 20 Women’s spots and 20 Men’s spots available and registration is closing soon!

All athletes who sign up will get a Stapleton Cup t-shirt!

We will have awesome prizes for the 1st place finishers (Men & Women) in the RX division.

Don’t forget about the awesome Stapleton Cup trophies for 1st place finishers in the RX division – complete with bragging rights.

We will also have Dirt Coffee Truck ready to rock at 7:30am, serving up amazing coffee for a great cause.

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

 

EMOM- 14min

Odd minutes – x2-3 Hang snatch pull

Even minutes – x1-2 Segmented snatch deadlifts

 

4 Interval Sets (All Out effort)- 

4-3-2

Power cleans – 75% 1RM

Bar facing burpee

– Rest 3 minutes between sets

 

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS: 

 

WOD 1 – Skill:

6 Minutes of KB Snatch Practice

 

WOD 2 – Pace:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Minutes:

5 KB Snatches per Arm (16/12, sub high pulls as necessary)

10 Burpees

150m Run

20 V-ups

 

WOD 3 – Sprint:

40 Mountain Climbers

30 KB Swings (24/16)

20 Jumping Squats

10 Push-ups
