Are you ready for the Stapleton Cup?
We are hosting an in-house competition on Saturday, November 15 starting at 8am.
RX and Scaled Divisions
There will be 2 WODs, a floater WOD and an additional finale WOD for the top Men and Women. Don’t worry about RXing, we will have a scaled division and will scale WODs accordingly. Everyone can compete!

All athletes who sign up will get a Stapleton Cup t-shirt!
We will have awesome prizes for the 1st place finishers (Men & Women) in the RX division.
Don’t forget about the awesome Stapleton Cup trophies for 1st place finishers in the RX division – complete with bragging rights.
We will also have Dirt Coffee Truck ready to rock at 7:30am, serving up amazing coffee for a great cause.
