HOMEMADE ICED PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE (By. TayTay)

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree

1 cup almond milk

1 T maple syrup

1 t pumpkin spice mix

1/2 t cinnamon

6-8oz cold coffee (or 2-3 shots espresso)

Directions: 

– Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until well mixed. Be super carful not to over mix because it will become to frothy!

– Once well blended, taste and adjust flavors as desired (not sweet enough? add more maple syrup. not thick enough? add  more pumpkin. etc!)

– Once you have the exact flavor you want fill a glass with ice and then pour coffee mixture over ice.

– ENJOY! HAPPY PUMPKIN SEASON!
