Connie -getting ready for 400m Repeats

Had an interesting conversation with one of our CFS clients today during warm up. We were discussing nutrition and he said “I work out like this, so I can eat whatever I want”. (I won’t mention any names Scott Peterson). While he may have been joking, I sensed a thread of truth and am certain a lot of our people are following suit. All I could think was “how could you NOT try something fro 30 days if it could change your life for the better”?….from here on out. Here is Paleo in a nutshell-great video.
