NEW CLASSES!

NEW Monday & Wednesday 5:30PM BootcampRX classes (classes will now be MondayThursday at 5:30PM!) 

NEW STAFF! 

Please Welcome Greg Z and Rob M to the BootCampRX Staff! 

Greg will be taking over our Wednesday and Thursday 5:30AM BootCampRX classes and Rob M will taking over the 5:30AM Friday BootCampRX class.

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and

reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

10 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

400 Meter Run

10 Wall Balls

A. Strength/Skill – The DB Thruster:

Demo/Discuss Movement

– 3×5 – increase weight each set – if you feel comfortable
