This month we will be discussing ‘Water & Fluid Balance’
Water is essential to life! We are constantly loosing water when sweat, breathe, etc.. The more we workout, or exert energy the quicker we loose water, and with that dehydration can sneak up on us and wreak havoc on our bodies.
In this seminar we will discuss why proper hydration is important and how to regulate as well as ways to establish strategies for staying hydrated at all times!
Tayler will provide a few sample ‘Super Hydration’ drinks she has created and send you home with recipes so you can make them on your own!
In order to register for this class you need to have previously attended at least 1 nutrition 101 course.

A) 15min Hand Stand Walk Practice
For TOTAL Meters- In Teams of 3:
20 seconds of work : 40 seconds of rest
For 24 total rotations (8 rounds each person)
- One team member works while the other two rest
- During rest teammates can accumulate DUs for extra ‘meters’
- Add total accumulated DUs to total meters (from row) for final score
*DUs = Meters
