This is an incredible service offered to CFS to help achieve the fitness and physique goals we all want to meet! Tayler Provides several different nutrition program and this one is the most “hands on” as it gets!!

Personal Meal Prep Program ($300/mo for CFS Members ONLY)
Every Thursday you will receive 5 seasonal recipes (4 dinners/lunches and 1 breakfast) and accompanying shopping list from either our Paleo, Tayleo, or Vegetarian plans to your inbox.
Every Sunday you will receive 120 minutes of food preparation at your house, in your kitchen, with a personal chef. This will set you up for success and get you ready for the week ahead.
To start you will receive a preliminary grocery store tour, that will get you familiar with the local grocery store of your choice.
The goal here is to get you comfortable in the kitchen and become a food prepping machine.

A. Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):
Station 1 – Snatch-Grip Romanian Deadlift x 6 reps @ 4011
Station 2 – Dumbbell Bench/Floor Press x 8 reps @ 21X1
Station 3 – Side Plank x 45 seconds each side
B. In teams of two, perform three sets each for time of:
Row 500 Meters
P1 – Works
P2 – Rests
Score = TOTAL time on the rower (add all 6, 500m times together)

A. AMRAP – Change Stations Every 2 minutes for 24 minutes:
1 – AMRAP DUs
2 – AMRAP Burpee Box Jumps
3 – AMRAP KB Swings
4 – REST
