Are you still struggling with your double unders? 

The #1 problem I see when people try to perform DUs is their arm positioning. Many people stick their arms out to their sides like giant windmills. Not only will this technique shorten your ropes length (forcing the rope to make contact with your toes every jump), it will also fatigue your arms and shoulders very quickly, and this is incredibly inefficient. Work on relaxing your shoulders, and keeping your elbows pinned in tight to you sides, and place your wrists slightly forward of your hips, this will help keep you organized.

When trying to nail down your DUs SLOW it down, be patient, and practice on a DAILY basis. If you really want to learn the movement and be efficient you need to put in the work. The most efficient double underers (that may not be a word) make it look effortless. Many of you look like a dying fish… But don’t worry, we have all been there!
