LAST SUNDAY BOOTCAMP IN THE PARK FOR THE SUMMER IS THIS SUNDAY, AUGUST 27!!

COME BEFORE ITS OVER!!!!!

Where: Central Park Soccer Fields (on Martin Luther King)

When: 7:30AM (we are bumping it to this time – to beat the heat!)

Why: The is our summer tradition – IT IS SO FUN!

Starting on Sunday September 2nd 

Sunday BootCamp will be back to 8:30am at the Gym.

 

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:
Performance

A. Take 15-20 minutes to build to today’s 1-RM Split Jerk
B. Three rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
10 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

A. Take 15-20 minutes to build to cycle 8 Sets of the following complex:
3 Push Jerks
B. Three rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
10 Power Cleans + Push Presses
20 Ring Rows (pronated!)

A. Five Rounds for Time:
500m row
5 Dumbbell Man Makers
10 Toes to Bar

KIDS TRAINING:
A. Strength/Skill – Push Jerk Work:
– Introduce movement
– Cycle 5 sets of 3-5 reps
B. 3 Rounds for Time:
100m run
20 Sit-ups
10 DB/KB SA-Push Presses (5/arm)
