CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

Performance-

A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Push Press x 3-5 reps

Goal is to establish today’s 5-RM.

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:
Even minutes – 10 Burpees
Odd minutes – 5 Power Cleans (shoot for 75-80% 1RM)

Fitness-

A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Push Press x5 reps

– Build to a moderate load (work on short dip and explosive drive)

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:
Even minutes – 10 Burpees
Odd minutes – 5 Hang (LIGHT) Power Cleans

A. Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:

Even minutes – 10 Toes to Bar
Odd minutes – 10 Wall Balls

  • Rest 5 minutes

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:

Even minutes – 15 DB/KB Push Presses

Odd minutes – 10 Burpees
