If you can clean up your starting position a bunch of common snatch errors start to disappear.  AKA… poor starting position = crappy snatch.

A. Power Snatch- build to a moderate single 

Open 12.2

AMRAP 10 minutes of:

30 Snatch (75lb / 45lb)

30 Snatch (135lb / 75lb)

30 Snatch (165lb / 100lb)

Snatch (210lb / 120lb)- AMRAP
