A) 12 Minutes to work up to 70-80% 1 RM in Power OR Squat Snatch (Technique)

B) Rope Climb Skill session (leg locks) 8-10 

 

Partner up with someone of equal ability

 

W.O.D.

EMOM x 16 Minutes

  • P1 2 Rope climbs; (evens) ***sub will be GOAT gymnastic Movement**
  • P2 Power OR Squat Snatch x 2  @ 70-80% 1 RM; (odds) ***sub will be Power Clean***
