CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

Rowing intervals (all based off of your 1K PR row pace):

Row 1000m @5 sec slower than pace

– Rest 4 minutes

Row 1000m @2 sec slower than pace

– Rest 4 minutes

Row 1000m @right on pace

– Rest 8 minutes, repeat from the top

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

20 DB Thrusters (30/20)

*Stagger athletes start on different movements to cut down on backup on pullup rig
