A. Row 5 minutes @70% easy pace.
Every minute, on the minute for 5 minutes – Row 100m @90%+
Every 4 minutes, for 12 minutes (3 sets) – Row 250m @Game pace
(22 minutes of Rowing)

Notes:
Record times for final (3 sets) and average 500m pace
Start of 5-week row peak to aid in recoverability for the Opens
Set up heats for larger classes

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS: 

WOD 5-6 sets.. rest 2 min B/T each set

:30 seconds burpees
:30 sec KB swings 55/35
:30 Sec Stick Jumps
:30 sec Clean and Jerk 55/35 KB (alternate after 15 sec to other arm)
