5 / 6 / 9:30AM – Classes are ON
Noon – is ON
5/6 PM – Classes are ON
There will NO 5:30 AM/PM classes today.
ALL classes will be following BOOTCAMP programming today!
A. Three Sets for MAX reps:
3 Minutes of Assault Bike (or Rowing)
2 Minutes of Dumbbell Push-Ups
3 Minutes of Rowing (or Assault Bike)
2 Minutes of Dumbbell Push Presses
– Rest 3 Minutes between each round
