The open is upon us once again!
There are a several very important changes to this 2014 season
– Open workouts are released on Thursday and close the following Monday (5 p.m. PT).
– Regional qualifiers are required to videotape all of their Open workouts.
– Masters have a new qualifying round.
– There may be wild card spots for individual CrossFit Games athletes.
– CrossFit will expand out-of-competition, unannounced drug testing.
