A2) 15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups x 5 beginning after set #2 of A1 (in red); Rest 3:00


Running Clock Burpees

One the first minute…2 the second minute…3 the 3rd minute….till you can’t make the next numbered set in the minute.


Post WOD is  Scapular Work.
