CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
300/250 Meter Row
12 Toes-to-Bar
8 Box-Facing Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
6 Strict Handstand Push-Ups to 4″/2″ Deficit

– Rest 5 minutes, and then repeat.

75 Jumping Air Squat Buy In…..

Then AMRAP

10 Cal Assault Bike

20 Alt Dumbbell Snatch (50/35 or 35/20)

10 Cal Row

20 Alt Single Arm Dumbbell Clean and Jerks (50/35 or 35/20)

10 Push Ups

20 Meter Sled Push or Pull (Alternate each round)
