BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. For time:

Run 1600 Meters (2x big + 2x small loop)

immediately followed by…

Five sets of:

10 KB Swings

10 KB Goblet Squats

immediately followed by…

100 Sit-ups

KIDS TRAINING:

A. Strength/Skill –

8×3 Push Press (use DBs if necessary)

B. For Time:

200m Run (100m down/back)
