Download this app on your phone and have a friend or coach video record your lifts in the gym, then email them to your roster coach for critique. We will provide you with a ‘video analysis’ on your lift or gymnastic movement. This is for your benefit and is designed to make you a better CrossFitter and overall athlete. It is up to you to take the steps for making improvements. You take the video and email it to us and we will do the rest.
