From my perspective , success is creating a life that allows me to utilize my strengths and knowledge. My vision of success involves working with like minded people to achieve a common goal. A successful career dovetails nicely into the balanced lifestyle that I want to live.  I define and measure success as the ability to spend time with my family, having time to train and exercise daily, while feeling enthusiastic, energetic and PASSIONATE about my business and my  life.  Continued growth professionally and spiritually also is a big part of how I define success for myself! – written in August 2008
