Minute 1 – 7 Calories of Assault Bike (or 200/150 Meters of Rowing)

Minute 2 – 15 Wall Ball Shots

Minute 3 – 15-20 SOLID Push-Ups

Minute 4 – 15 Box Jumps

Minute 5 – 30-Second High Plank Hold

Minute 5 – 15 Toes to Bar
