STRENGTH

  1. Deadlift @ around 60-70% 1 RM ; 12 sets x 2 on the :30 second

B1) 25 KB Swings (Heavy) x 4 Sets; Rest 90

B2) AMRAP Clapping Push Ups x 4 Sets; Rest 90 ***sub any variation of push up***

METCON

8 Minutes To Complete the following:

  • Row 1500 Meters GUYS /1300 Meters GALS
  • AMRAP Toes 2 Bar with time remaining ***sub will be Anchored ABMATS with fingers on temple**

Score = Toes 2 Bar/ABMATS
