B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:
12 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
12 Dumbbell Push Press (50/35 lbs)
12 Ring Dips

3 x 10 Bench/Floor

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:
12 Deadlifts (light)
12 Dumbbell Push Press
12 Dumbell Push-Ups

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes:
12 DB Sumo-deadlift High Pulls (single DB)
12 DB Push Press
12 Dumbell Push-Ups

300m Run (little loop)
