JASON UPDATE 

Last week Jason had a lot of ups and down, but ended on an excellent note.

The week started off with Jason being extremely dehydrated and some confusion about his schedule. He was also losing weight which he can’t afford any of right now.

He was distant Tuesday and Wednesday, but he was also getting some new therapy for his dialysis.

With a little extra water and food he was showing progress and more alertness.

Jason was looking MUCH better over this past weekend. During one of Jess’s daily visits she told him they needed to work on swallowing… to her surprise he did it – on command! This is great news because these are the next steps to fully talking.

Keep it up Jason. You 9:30 class buddies cannot wait to gossip with you again!!!!

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets) for times:
Run 400 Meters
8 Strict Pull-Ups
12 Toes to Bar
16 Push-Ups

– Please note times for each of the six sets.

 

B. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (2 sets of each):
Station 1 – 60 seconds of Reverse Snow Angels (slow & controlled)
Station 2 – 60 seconds of Side-Plank Hold (Left Side)
Station 3 – 60 seconds of Band Pull-Aparts
Station 4 – 60 seconds of Side-Plank Hold (Right Side)

Fitness-

4 Jumping Pull-Ups + Negative (or 8 supinated grip ring rows)
12 Knees to Chest (or Levers)
12 Push-Ups (sub w/ ab-mat if necessary)

– Please note times for each of the six sets.

 

B. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (2 sets of each):
Station 1 – 60 seconds of Reverse Snow Angels (slow & controlled)
Station 2 – 60 seconds of Side-Plank Hold on Elbow (Left Side)
Station 3 – 60 seconds of Band Pull-Aparts
