Wednesday May 25th CrossFit Gym

WOD – as teams of two we compete to do the following workout

3 rounds of

p 1 burpee broad jump 100 m while p2 holds HEAVY kettlebell rack position until p1 gets back

800 m run


3 rounds for time of

p1 ring row plank while p2 does 25 box jumps

4 rounds for time

800 m run
