There are various tests of power we choose in OPT Athlete Camps. One thing that we have found in analysis over time of work and relation of work is not how important your time of high power is, it is about how well you can repeat that effort over and over. This is the main reason why we choose this test. There are so many things to be taken away from it such as pain tolerance, mechanical efficiency, power endurance potential, aerobic ability to recover between intense efforts and a few others.
