CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Take 15-20 minutes to build to today’s heavy…

Split Jerk x 1 rep

B. Four sets for max reps of push press against a 2-minute running clock, with 2

minutes of rest between sets:

Row 300/250 Meters

Push Press (115/75 lbs)

Fitness-

A. Take 15-20 minutes to cycle…

Split Jerk 8×3 (off the rack – focus on foot work and speed under the bar)

B. Four sets for max reps of push press against a 2-minute running clock, with 2

minutes of rest between sets:

Row 250 Meters

DB Push Press (pick a weight that is challenging – but you are in control of!)

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. Five sets for max reps of push press against a 5-minute running clock, with 2

minutes of rest between sets:

Run 600 Meters (big loop)

50 DUs (or 150 singles)

AMRAP – DB Push Press

Score = AMRAP

A. Strength/Skill – Jump Rope Work:

– Footwork Skills & Drills

– Double Under intro
