:20 seconds of work at each station followed by :10 seconds of rest x 8 rounds

Rest 1 minute before starting next Tabata Movement

  • Push Ups

  • Jump switch lunges(DEMO)

  • Burpees

  • Double Unders (sub High Knees skipping or high knees running in place)

  • ABMAT Sit ups (anchored)
