Snowball Games!

The 2017 Snowball Games are COMING UP and so is our CFS Holiday party (remember how fun that was last year!?)! Please mark your calendars for DECEMBER 9TH (This is a Saturday).

For the Games…  

Register on the whiteboard as a male/female doubles team – OR register and an individual and the coaches will assign you a legit partner in crime for 12/9!
 
This comp will be quick and oh so fun – we plan to be wrapped up by 1PM at the latest – so we have time to get home, relax and get our party hats on for that evenings CFS holiday party!!
 
Looking forward to an awesome event. Find a buddy, get registered, and start training!!

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-
A. Five sets of:
Hang Clean x 3 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Push Presses (5 each arm)

Fitness-
A. Five sets of:
Hang Power Clean x 2 reps + Front. Squat x 1 
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings 
15 Wall Ball Shots
10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Push Presses (5 each arm)

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
A. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings 
10 Single-Arm KB Thrusters 
10 Single-Arm KB Push Presses (5 each arm)
100m DB Farmers Walk

– Must pick ONE weight KB and stick with it!!

A. Strength/Skill – KB Single Leg Deadlift:
– Intro/Review
– 8-10/leg x 3 sets

B. 6min AMRAP:
10 KB Swings
10 KB Push Presses (5/arm)
100m KB Suitcase Carry (50m/arm – switch arms every 25m)
