We will still be holding 5,6,9:30AM and Noon classes Monday!

12 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (75/55 lbs)
12 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

Rest 4 minutes, and when the running clock hits 20:00…

C. Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Row 1000 Meters
Burpees x Max Reps
