We are making a transition on October 1st in Zenplanner.

Currently you are all paying your monthly membership dues on random days throughout the month.

In order to simplify everything in the system we are going to transition all payments to be withdrawn on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. Your choice – pick whatever date works best for you!

We currently have a sheet on the whiteboard, in the gym, where you can select either the 1st or the 15th of the month as your payment date. Please do so before October 1st! Your current membership bill date will be prorated to the date you selected, to ensure a smooth transition. This means October billing may look a little funky, but starting November 1st it will be smooth sailing!

Starting October 1st YOU are going to have the opportunity to save on your monthly membership by paying 6 or 12 months in full!

We are transitioning all NEW memberships to 12, 6, 3, and 1 month contracts (You pick what will work best for you). The longer you commit to the more you save!

As current members you are NOT required to make any changes if you do not want to make any, and the price you currently pay WILL NOT be changing, EVER! However, if you want to save a few bucks each month and pay upfront you are welcome to.

For all new/incoming members (or those of you that decide to hop on a contract) the following contracts and price structure will be put into place starting 10/1:
